Privacy policy
This policy explains what boothloop.com and the BoothLoop beta signup collect, where it is stored, and how to have it deleted. It also covers what the BoothLoop app does with the photos on your booth PC. It is written in plain language for photo booth owners and their guests.
What does the beta signup form collect?
When you join the beta, we save what you type into the form and a little technical information the server adds. We use it to run the beta and to email you about BoothLoop. We do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Who processes the website's data?
boothloop.com is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and signups are stored in Cloudflare's D1 database. Cloudflare processes technical request data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare's own privacy policy covers that processing.
Does boothloop.com use cookies or analytics?
No analytics or advertising cookies are used on this site today, and no tracking scripts are loaded. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
What happens to event photos in the BoothLoop app?
The BoothLoop app runs locally on your booth PC. It reads photos from the folder your booth software saves to and shows them on the rear screen. Event photos stay on the booth PC, and the app's local server only accepts connections from that same PC.
The app keeps diagnostic logs on the booth PC. They record app activity, such as photo file names and errors, not the photos themselves. Logs are sent to us only if the booth operator chooses to send them, either by sharing a Download Logs file or by setting up the optional automatic log upload. That upload goes to a private GitHub repository, so GitHub processes those logs as our hosting provider.
How do you delete your data?
Email hello@boothloop.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your signup. You can also ask what we hold about you, or correct it. We keep your signup until the beta and any license you hold no longer need it, or until you ask us to delete it.
